SIMPLIFY DISC STUDY

We are currently participating in the Simplify® Disc study. The Simplify® Disc is a cervical artificial disc that is meant to aid in the relief of symptoms including numbness, tingling, and pain in arms and shoulders.

YOU MAY QUALIFY FOR THE SIMPLIFY® DISC IF YOU:

  • Are between the ages of 18 and 60
  • Have time to attend follow-up visits for 25 months or longer
  • Have been diagnosed with cervical radiculopathy or myelopathy
  • Are not responding to non-surgical treatment.
